Cancellation Policy
Families can book sessions as far in advance as tutor as time available. Sessions can be booked up to 3 hours before session starts. However, late bookings may not be accepted with such short notice. Families are encouraged to reach out to tutor first before booking at short notice. Any cancellations done 24 and more will not be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations done within 24 hours will be charged a $15 cancellation fee. No call/ no shows will also be charged for the entire session.
